After starting last month, Android 16 Beta 4 has removed the new battery health stats page for several pixel owners.
With Beta 4, Pixel Settings> Going into the battery no longer shows “battery health”, which is accompanied by charging with adaptation rather than returning to the main page.
This is the case on our Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro. However, a pixel 9 we have still checked that the battery has health capacity, with others it is still still.
Battery health shows a large green checkmark if everything is “normal”. Google notes the battery capacity of your phone as “an estimated percentage charge, the battery can currently hold compared to a new standard battery.” It decreases in the lifetime of your device.
The existing battery is also a list of health articles, while the charging optimization page has been moved below this page.
The battery capacity includes how you can check the temperature of the device from battery diagnostics> The phone is too hot, as well as the phone count under the phone> battery information.
Hopefully, the battery capacity will return with a stable release in June, and it is not limited to getting available only on new devices.
