A minor bug with selfie camera on Pixel 9A means that if you try to take photos using the front-faceing system in low light scenarios, you can see image preview flicker before killing the shutter button.
,Update 04/17): Pixel camera 9.8 update is now rolling widely. The issue has now been resolved without any problem, which continues with the camera flick, as confirmed by the /U /Pixelcommunity account on Reddit.
As/R/Googlepixel Subreddit (H/T is noted by many members of Android Authority, it is only a software-based bug and the camera does not affect the hardware onboard. According to some preliminary reports, when some take a picture of dark or black, you can see gray or mild flicker within the image preview window.
Fortunately, it is only a problem with the Pixel 9A selfie camera preview window, because if you kill the shutter button, the real output is completely fine. After testing it, it almost appears that the auto night vision is trying to handle the mode and the image becomes lighter to change luminance. We know that this is a software bug, it is that as soon as you uninstall the latest pixel camera update, your Pixel 9A selfie camera will return your normal behavior. To do this you will need to go to the Play Store, find the pixel camera app and hit the uninstall. We would also recommend sending a response to Google to make Pixel 9A a selfie camera bug. You can do it by heading about Settings>> About the phone> Send a response about this device.
In the original thread that discusses the issue, there are some claims that they have seen this problem on other pixel devices. Be sure to tell us if you have seen it down in the comment section below your phone.
